  2. Prices & VAT
    • All menu prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
    • A 20% discount automatically applies to all purchases made through this website.
  3. Minimum Order & Delivery
    • The minimum order value is £25.
    • Free delivery is available within a 3-mile radius from our restaurant.
    • For deliveries beyond 3 miles, additional charges may apply or delivery may not be available.
  4. Ordering & Payment
    • Orders can only be placed via our website and must be paid online using the available payment methods (including PayPal).
    • Payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.
  5. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has begun.
    • Refunds are only issued for incorrect or missing items, at our discretion.
    • Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/collection.
  6. Allergies & Food Information
    • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
    • While we take care, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.
  7. Liability
    • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.
    • Our liability is limited to the order value.
