• Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds are only given if:
• You receive the wrong order.
• Items are missing.
• The order is not delivered.
• All refund requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery/collection.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (including PayPal).
